Morehouse College will convene distinguished national leaders, scholars, and public servants for its Inaugural Symposium, held in conjunction with the College’s presidential inauguration.

Morehouse College is hosting its Inaugural Symposium today at 2:00 p.m. ET at the Shirley A. Executive Conference Center in Atlanta. The event supports the college’s presidential inauguration and features distinguished panelists including Sen. Raphael Warnock, Jeh Johnson, Beverly Daniel Tatum, and Michael Drake. The Inaugural Symposium at Morehouse College is a cornerstone event celebrating the installation of the College’s 13th president and reflecting on the institution’s enduring mission. Centered on the theme, “Building Principled Leaders: Steadfast, Honest, True,” the symposium convenes leading voices from across sectors to engage in thoughtful dialogue on ethical leadership, civic responsibility, and the evolving role of higher education. Through meaningful conversation and reflection, the event underscores Morehouse’s legacy of developing men of character and its continued commitment to preparing leaders who will serve with integrity and make a lasting impact in a complex and changing world.
