A Boil Water Advisory is in effect Saturday July 11, 2026, due to a water main break that caused low water pressure in parts of the water system.

If you have experienced a water outage or low water pressure, use only boiled or bottled water for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, preparing food or baby formula, making ice, and giving water to pets. Bring tap water to a rolling boil for one minute before use.

The advisory will remain in effect until water quality testing confirms the water is safe. Residents will be notified when the advisory is lifted. For more information, contact the City of East Point Water Resources Department at (404) 293-2086 or water_sewer@eastpointcity.org
