Dr. Dre and Nicole Young have settled their divorce.

According to TMZ, the music mogul has agreed to pay his ex-wife $100 million. Dr. Dre will pay Young in two installments: $50 million this year and $50 million next year.

Dr. Dre, who is worth $820 million, still gets to keep seven properties, including their Malibu home, which Young must move out of by the end of December. He also gets full rights to his master recordings, trademarks and interests in various partnerships and trusts, as well as all of their Apple stocks, TMZ reports.

The former couple will, however, divide their vehicles — Dr. Dre gets six and Young gets four. Young also gets to keep jewelry, cash, and bank accounts that she had maintained during the marriage.

Young is additionally responsible for paying her own legal fees, which reportedly amount to millions of dollars.

The former’s couple settlement comes over a year after Young contested her and Dr. Dre’s prenup.

Young filed for divorce from Dre in June 2020 after 24 years of marriage. She accused Dr. Dre of abuse in court documents, alleging he had previously held a gun to her head and punched her in the face. Young claimed she’d suffered post-traumatic stress syndrome from the abuse. Dr. Dre, however, denied the claims.
