Love Island USA has a pattern. And it’s not a good one.

Alannah Keyser, 21, entered the villa Sunday night (June 21) as a Casa Amor bombshell — and within hours, an old video resurfaced showing her allegedly singing the N-word.

The 10-second clip, reportedly pulled from an old Snapchat post, shows Keyser singing along to Roddy Ricch’s “The Box,” a song that contains the slur in its lyrics. The video is blurry and has not been independently verified.

The backlash escalated further when an X user posted a screenshot of an alleged old TikTok comment attributed to Keyser, in which she appears to use a racial slur as a pun on the word “Nigerian.” That screenshot has also not been independently verified.

Fans have connected the resurfaced videos to Keyser’s behavior inside the villa, pointing to what they describe as a pattern of avoiding physical contact with the show’s Black male contestants — KC, Corbin, and Sincere — while getting close with other islanders.

“Okay, that Alannah girl is DEFINITELY racist because she was making out with Caleb, Bryce, and Zach, but KC, Corbin, and Sincere only get a twerk from a distance? and then she got mad when KC touched her,” one fan wrote.

Another pointed to a recent challenge: “I knew something was up from how she moved in that challenge. ‘That’s all you get.’ ‘Hand off, boy.'”

As of publication Monday morning (June 22), Love Island USA and Peacock have not addressed the videos or confirmed whether Keyser remains on the show.

Fans flooded the show’s Instagram comments with questions. “So y’all kicking off Alannah too?? cause Twitter found she said the n word,” one person wrote.

Another added: “alannah needs to be removed from villa. TODAY!”

This isn’t the first time this has happened this season. Vasana Montgomery was removed from the cast before the season even premiered after a similar video surfaced showing her using a racial slur — a decision the show made swiftly and publicly.
