Madea has moved out.
Movie mogul Tyler Perry has officially put his home up on market. If you have an extra $25 million or so laying around, you can scoop up the French Provincial home.
The palatial estate, sitting on 17 acres at 4110 Paces Ferry Road is a 34,688 square-foot behemoth and is listed by Joshua Reeves of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.
The home is decorated and equipped with the usual rich-man luxuries:
- a resort-style infinity swimming pool;
- a lighted tennis court;
- a fully equipped gym,
- a spa,
- a theater,
- a hobby house;
- and an underground ballroom.
And that’s just the house. On the estate itself boasts its own generator, guard house, Presidential-level security, access to the Chattahoochee River and two gated residential entrances.
