SEPT. 5—Pastor Andrew V. and Rev. Helen Jackson will host its 2014 Marriage & Family Enrichment Classes from 7-9 p.m. at Webster Avenue Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, 2325 Webster Ave., Hill District. The theme is “Make a good marriage even better.” For five-weeks, pastors and their spouses will learn about effective communication, conflict resolution and roles and responsibilities. First Sundays
SEPT.7—Tori Walker, Eric Blackwell and Grubz Restaurant presents the First Sundays Gospel Jazz Jam Session & Brunch from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at Cabaret Hall, 7928 Frankstown Ave., Homewood.
