Events begin with community kickoff and block party
The Fulton County Board of Health (FCBOH) is celebrating Atlanta Black Pride in a special way this year. On Thursday, September 3, we’re hosting a community festival kickoff at our Neighborhood Union Health Center. Free health services will be offered during the event including HIV and STI testing, access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), Doxy PEP education, rapid PrEP, and rapid HIV start. FCBOH invites the community to join us for the festivities which will also include food, music, and an overall fun environment as we celebrate together.

Starting Wednesday, September 2, we will also offer after-hours services from 5 pm to 9 pm at our Neighborhood Union location. The after-hours clinic will remain open through September 4.
Atlanta Black Pride weekend takes place from September 2-7, 2026, falling during the Labor Day holiday weekend. It is one of the largest LGBTQIA+ celebrations in the country and includes an array of activities and events across the city throughout the weekend.
