Working in close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Director of Development will lead the organization’s fundraising strategy and hold primary responsibility for achieving annual revenue goals of $3MM+. The Senior Director of Development will lead a team that includes a Director of Grants, Development & Grants Manager, and Marketing & Graphic Design Associate, implementing a community-centric fundraising strategy that incorporates ethical storytelling to convey the vision and impact of the Atlanta Music Project. The Atlanta Music Project seeks a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual for the position of Music Career Advisor. This role focuses on providing personalized application and audition support to AMP students who aspire to pursue music at the collegiate level or beyond. You will guide students through the college application process, assist in preparing students for and recording auditions, and connect students with relevant summer programs and festivals. The Music Career Advisor will also collaborate with AMP faculty and staff, reporting to the Director of College and Career Services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance or other relevant field, extensive experience in/knowledge of academic and professional audition processes, understanding of both instrumental and vocal techniques. In addition, you should have experience working with students in an advisory capacity and have the ability to guide students and families through the processes that they may be unfamiliar with. Finally, an innate curiosity and willingness to learn, passion for helping students, and an unyielding commitment to the success of the AMP community are vital. |

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Bookkeeper will utilize and optimize the existing financial systems and processes to keep up with AMP’s growth, budgetary goals, and fiscal reporting. The Bookkeeper will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other staff members to comprehensively manage the financial administration of the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate impeccable integrity, have 3+ years of professional experience in accounting and bookkeeping of a $1MM+ business or organization, and recognize the value of Atlanta Music Project’s mission.
