After 13 seasons in the NFL, Charles Tillman is retiring.

The defensive back, who spent 12 years with the Chicago Bears before joining the Panthers last year, was known for forcing fumbles. Tillman announced his decision on Twitter via a YouTube video Monday showing him punching things out of people’s hands.

Throughout his 13 seasons, “Peanut” played in two Pro Bowls and received a Walter Payton Man of the Year award, according to NFL.com.

“I’ve had 13 amazing years on two great teams and I’m just thankful for the love and support that I got from my teammates, the fans and my coaches,” Tillman told ChicagoBears.com. “I’m thankful to everyone who has helped me get to where I am right now because I definitely didn’t do it by myself.”
