Linton Middle School in Penn Hills held a “Muffins with Mom” event recently.
Mothers of the students have breakfast in the morning together. This was an opportunity for adult female role models to visit female students in grades 5-8 for muffins and cookies and bonding.
During the morning, students and mentors decorated the cookies together, sharing girlhood stories and more.
This is a follow-up to the schools’ very successful Donuts with Dad which they had in November for the male students.
