'Empire's' ratings rise for 7th straight week; Lee Daniels talks Cosby, Mo'Nique

“Empire” continues its impossible and improbable rating rise, climbing in total viewers for the 7th week in a row.
Last week, 13.8 million viewers tuned in to watch the plot to take over Lucious’ Empire by his eldest son and how the father disowned him for marrying a white woman.  Since its explosive debut January 7th, “Empire” has grown 39% in total viewers.  Every week, more and more viewers are tuning into the show.  Not since the dawn of television has that ever happened.   Not the “Cosby Show,” not “Friends,” not “Cheers” or “All in the Family” or “Seinfeld” – no TV show grows EVERY week.  Until now.
