I’m a big Michelle Obama fan and I liked the Michael Kors suit she wore to the State of the Union address. A nice tweed two piece with a cowl collar and industrial zipper looked comfortable and stylish.
However it appears that the suit is quite popular.
In December of 2013, Julianna Margulies who stars in The Good Wife wore the very same suit in the 100th episode. The version that FLOTUS worn was minus the belt and the split that we saw on the runway I liked the runway version. It had a little more pop.
I wonder why Michelle didn’t have on a bracelet or two and a nice watch would have completed the look. I’m sure she selected something that was rather understated so not to draw attention away from the President but this time it didn’t quite work. The suit and the president’s quick wit were all the buzz the next day.
