Cop Punches Handcuffed, Breaks Eye Socket, But Won’t Be Criminally Charged

*An officer is said to have responded to a domestic violence call at a Seattle residence.  A woman was handcuffed and arrested after her involvement in the dispute and placed in the backseat of the patrol car. The arresting officer claims the woman kicked him and he punched her in the face.

According to a King County prosecutor, the officer will face no criminal charges.

That same prosecutor does state  that the officer’s actions may not be in keeping with the policies of the Seattle Police Department.

But so what? It seems punching in the face is allowed?!
