Just days after the St. Louis County grand jury exonerated Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson of murder charges in the shooting death of unarmed black teen Michael Brown, 18, another grand jury, this one in New York County have vindicated NYPD officer Daniel Palenteo off any culpability in the infamous choke hold death of Eric Garner in Staten Island borough of New York City.
The African American community and others are simply exasperated that despite the clear video evidence showing Palenteo placing Garner in a debilitating hold on his neck, which the medical examiner labeled a homicide, the officer and his colleagues escape any and all charges. 
Thousands of people are expressing their disgust, their fears and their distrust of the local police departments of America in a variety of ways, including marches, demonstrations and rallies in major metropolises across the country.
Others took to social media, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to vent their extreme frustration.
