According to the “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood” viewership, Teairra Mari struggles with her career and live singing is worse than the economy of her Detroit hometown — and that’s pretty bad.
Mari, a former teen star who got put on the curb by her former label Roc-a-fella, has spent the past several years trying to revive her career. Ray J’s on-and-off girlfriend got a few flats on the long road back from artistic oblivion when she was shown singing live on the latest LHHH episode.
Fans went in hard on the vulgar and volatile vocalist with hilarious memes mocking her live singing. It was so bad that Mari snapped back at a few of them in order to defend herself.
Her plea for understanding didn’t deter her critics from cutting into her singing abilities and Mari tried to swing on a few of them, to no avail however:
