Sharks attacked New York City Wednesday night as celebs and fans took to social media to report on the invasion.
“It’s raining flaming sharks in NYC,” Tara Reid, star of “Sharknado 2: The Second One,” tweeted during the debut of the fishy sequel on the Syfy channel Wednesday.
Co-star Ian Ziering joined in on the shark-tastic updates, tweeting throughout the telecast and sharing a photo captioned, “#Sharknado2 Gotta save my real life friends first!”
Not everyone was as excited about the follow up to 2013’s “Sharknado,” in which the fearsome sea creatures attacked Los Angeles.
In the Big Apple, the sharks posed a slew of new imaginary problems.
