Marriage Retreat
MAY 22—The One Flesh Marriage Ministry of Dream Christian Center will host “Rekindling the Fire!” 2014 Marriage Retreat at Olgebay Resort, 465 Lodge Dr., Wheeling, W. Va. The three-day event will be hosted by Pastor Leroy and Lady Bilan Thompson and feature a weekend full of love and romance. Pastor Earlene Coleman will speak on “The Power of Love & Forgiveness;” Pastor Tyus Nedd will speak on “The Importance of Quality Time;” and Pastor Leroy Thompson will speak on “Rekindling the Fire.” Registration is required. Men and Women’s Weekend
MAY 23—Triedstone Baptist Church, 18 Harriet St., Rankin, will host its Men’s and Women’s Weekend. There will be a Men’s Revival at 7 p.m. The theme is “Men Walking In Faith” and will feature Rev. Nathaniel McCoy, of First Antioch Baptist Church, along with his choir and congregation. On May 24, there will be a Women’s Retreat. The theme is “Women Walking In Faith” and will feature Rev. Joan Prentice, Rev. Linda Oliver and Rev. Barbara Gunn. Registration is required. Also on May 25, there will be a Men’s and Women’s Day Celebration at 11 a.m. with Rev.
