Anyone in or around Fulton County interested in owning a home is invited to attend an information session Tuesday hosted by the Fulton County Housing and Community Development.
The event will be held at the Washington Park Branch Library and is called “Do You Dream of Owning Your Own Home?” The workshop will help explain two programs that can help make home buying possible for people who may have thought they could not afford to own a home.
The two programs are the Home Ownership Program and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The former offers deferred-payment loans for down payments and the latter can provide deferred-payment second mortgages of up to $25,000.
