Youth Retreat
AUG. 1—The Youth Department of Morningside COGIC, 5173 Dearborn St., Garfield, will host a Youth Revival from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The theme is “It’s Your Time!” During the day there will be workshops designed for youth of all ages. Vacation Bible School
AUG. 2—Beulah Presbyterian Church, 2500 McCrady Rd., Churchill, will host its Vacation Bible School from 6-8 p.m. The theme is “G-Force, God’s Love in Action.” Children age 4 through 6th grade will participate in activities that include Bible stories, crafts, music, a mission project, snack and more.
