Charlize Theron Reportedly ‘Furious’ At Tia Mowry For Speaking Out on ‘Mean’ Encounter

For anyone trying to approach Charlize Theron at the gym, don’t do what Tia Mowry did. Nope, do yourself a favor and avoid the Oscar winner.
According to Dish Nation, Theron is apparently upset with Mowry after the former “Sister, Sister” star spoke out about her less than pleasant encounter with the “Monster”actress recently at a Soul Cycle spin class in Los Angeles. The gossip/entertainment show also reports that Theron was so upset that she exchanged some “strong words” with the managers at the spin cycling company in an effort to get Mowry banned.
“Charlize came in so p****d off after Tia went to the tabloids about her, and she demanded we bar Tia from ever coming back,” a source told an insider at SoulCycle.
Despite Theron’s efforts, her request to have Mowry banned was denied. The source goes on to state that Theron isn’t taking the denial lying down and has vowed that she would “go to the top to make it happen.”
Recalling the incident, Mowry mentioned how icy Theron was toward her.
“She wasn’t very nice to me,” Mowry told In Touch Weekly. “I said ‘Hi,’ and she actually rolled her eyes and said, ‘Oh my God.’ I wasn’t over-the-top. I know how to approach another celebrity. Charlize was just mean. I’m just being honest.”
Citing eyewitnesses who saw Theron voice her frustration about Mowry, Dish Nation mentioned that Theron reportedly took a dig at Mowry as she stormed in to the cycling place, saying:
‘This nobody who was famous for a minute 20 years ago can complain to the tabloids about me but I can’t expect you to protect me from hangers on in your studio?’
“This just feels like a vendetta because Tia spoke up,” the source stated. “Charlize used to be kind of quiet and chill when she came to spin, but it looks like dating Sean Penn isn’t doing her any favors.”

At this time, management has yet to deal with Theron’s request to ban Mowry, who has not commented on what the movie star said.
