Rapper 50 Cent is brutally honest, oftentimes to a fault.
So when you get Curtis Jackson and “Watch What Happens Live” host Andy Cohen together for “Plead the Fifth” this past week, it makes for gossip gold.
For his first question, host Cohen asked the “In Da Club” rapper what it was like to be yelled at in the face by Beyonce, after his recent revelation about his confrontation with Queen Bey at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve.
“It’s not really bad, like her breath doesn’t smell,” said Jackson, 38. “But it’s one of those things, like the paparazzi were taking pictures of us at the same time, so there’s not really a right way to respond.
“You’ve just got to accept it. You’ve just got to have an expression on your face like, ‘What’s the matter with you?’”
“It’s like if you’re in an elevator and you’re attacked, you can’t do nothing,” he added, making the obvious reference to Jay Z after his infamous elevator beatdown from Solange Knowles.
Cohen, who loves rifling through the sewer in search of good dirt on people, asked the rapper what sex with Kim Kardashian was like.
“I never….,” 50 Cent replied, insisting reports of a sexual encounter were inaccurate. “We took pictures with each other in Australia at the 2008 MTV Awards and I posted the picture,” he insisted.
Having sidestepped a second controversial answer, it was onto the final question. “Who is the most overrated Hip Hop star of all time?” asked Cohen.
“I mean Jay Z,” 50 Cent said right away. “He would say he was overrated. Rather be overrated than underpaid.”
