Since the tragedies of 9/11 Champion Enterprises has joined forces with the mayor and the office of the District Attorney to present the Pittsburgh and Allegheny County Public Service Awards to recognize and honor those who protect and serve us on a daily basis.
The event was held at the office of the Allegheny County chief executive. This year’s presentation featured a special award category to the Outstanding Black Leaders in the African-American communities as a part of Black History Month.
