He was also featured in the December/January issue of GQ magazine with an ad titled, “Fashion-The Show Must Go On”. Logo print fashion is a hit with brands such as Gucci, Fendi, and Louis Vuitton. Stevie Edwards desires to achieve another first as a black designer who owns the trademark and copyright to his own Logo fabric. Logo print fabric continues to be a staple in fashion going as far back as the ’80s, from hip-hop to Pop Culture.
Stevie designed and trademarked his Logo-Print fabric, which spells his name. He also designed a new collection of sexy dresses from the logo print. In conjunction with his logo print fashion release, he is also introducing his Stevie Edwards Home Logo Collection. This collection will feature pillows and dinnerware.
When asked about his style and inspiration, Stevie Edwards says, “I’m going to pick up where Patrick Kelly left off, he was gone to soon, and was such a great inspiration to me.’
The Harper Bazaar spread debuted on March 3.
