Women of Excellence Spotlight: Valerie Randolph

Valerie Randolph is CEO of the V.R. James Agency Inc. dba Allstate Insurance Company. She is a 29-year insurance agency owner and has earned the award levels of Honor Ring, Chairman’s Conference, National Conference and Life Leader from Allstate Insurance Company. Randolph is one of 15 agents selected from throughout the United States to serve on the Allstate Agent African American Alliance providing diversity strategy to the Executive Leadership of Allstate Insurance Company. Due to her advocacy efforts, she was one of three agents featured in the 2018 Allstate National Community Service Media Campaign. Randolph has been featured in “Who’s Who In Black Atlanta,” The Metro-Atlanta Black Pages, Atlanta “People You Need to Know” and is a featured weekly contributor on Power 108.9 – “Michael and Friends Morning Show.” She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. – Phi Pi Omega Chapter, National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc. – Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter, Allstate Foundation and the Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church. Randolph volunteers with the Center for Helping End Obesity in Children Successfully and is a Fortitude Educational and Cultural Enrichment Center 2018 Pinnacle Award honoree. She hails from Augusta, Ga., and has earned a Bachel from Tuskegee University.
