'The Real's' Tamar Braxton think this person betrayed her and had her fired

A national hunt was unleashed when “The Real’s” most popular co-host, Tamar Braxton, was fired to find out who betrayed her trust. Now we may finally know who was behind her unceremonious ouster from the popular talk show.
Braxton, the most popular and successful sister outside of Toni, gave off subtle clues at to whom was a double-agent behind the scenes and surreptitiously had her terminated from “The Real.”
It was the producer of the show Rachel Miskowiec who was the fiendish woman who “smiled” in her face and stabbed her in the back, according to Bossip.com.
Check out what the publication had to say:
The witch hunt to find out who “betrayed” Tamar Braxton and had her fired “The Real” might finally be over.
BOSSIP can exclusively report that despite the Tamartians’ attempts to point the finger at cohosts Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, Tamera Mowry and Loni Love, they are NOT to blame.
Instead as some people suspected, the person Tamar allegedly feels betrayed by is show runner/executive producer Rachel Miskowiec.
Miskowiec took the reigns on the show’s second season and canned Tamar to allegedly send the message to the other co-hosts that “they’re dispensable.”
“Rachel Miskowiec, she is the executive producer of “The Real” and she is the person who is behind Tamar getting fired,” a reliable source tells BOSSIP. “She is who Tamar was talking about.
“Rachel felt deeply threatened by all the hosts immediately after she started, she deliberately kept them in the dark on all key decisions on the show.”
News has since surfaced that like Tamar her husband Vince, a producer on the show, was blindsided by the news. This is unsurprising considering that Miskowiec was also allegedly unhappy with Vince and expressed her dissatisfaction with him on set.
“She constantly complained behind the scenes about Vincent,” the source tells BOSSIP. “He was not ever cooperative with her. He was always advocating on behalf of Tamar but when the show needed something from him, he was always uncooperative and unresponsive. That really frustrated the executive producer.”
“She feels that all the hosts are pretty dispensable,” adds the source. “Part of this is trying to show a message that they are dispensable. She wants to basically keep them on their toes.”

Check out the other alleged reasons behind Braxton being canned:

BOSSIP’s source also responded to rumors that the real reason Tamar was let go was because she “wasn’t testing well with focus groups.” According to our source while that’s partially true, it’s ultimately a cop-out.
“There is truth to that but it doesn’t tell the whole story,” a source tells BOSSIP. “That’s the excuse basically that was used. Based on the research she’s not testing well with the demographic that they’re trying to go for.”

And there’s more. The source alleges that Braxton may have had a part in her own dismissal:

The source also added that despite the testing, Tamar is the star of the show on set.
“Tamar has the most reliable fan base,” adds the source. “When you come to a taping of “The Real” the whole audience goes crazy, they don’t give a s** about the other people. She’s the one who inspires the passion in the audience, and I think that was a real threat for the executive producer.”
Behind the scenes Tamar is said to be in good company. “1/3 of the staff” has allegedly been let go due to Rachel “feeling threatened by them” or because they’ve “gotten too close” to the hosts.” On set, the axe gets cut nearly every Friday and there’s tension as staffers wait to see if they’re next on the chopping block.
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” adds the source. “The entire staff at “The Real” is very much on edge. Any Friday you can be called in and let-go with really no knowledge of why. That’s basically what happened to Tamar.”
