Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner-Kardashian’s youngesd daughter, invited her friend to a concert. The only problem is that this BFF, Heather Sanders, had the stupidity and irresponsibility to tag along her 3-month-old infant daughter to a concert. A concert, mind you.
