Pure Michigan Business Connect, DTE Energy hosting supplier summit in Detroit


The 2016 DTE Energy Supplier Immersion Day, hosted by DTE Energy and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s Pure Michigan Business Connect initiative, will bring Michigan suppliers together with DTE for an invitation-only supplier immersion event. The summit will advise Michigan companies on how to become suppliers to DTE as well as provide resources to help grow their businesses in the state. The summit will take place Wed., Feb. 10 at Ford Field in Detroit.

Representatives from more than 250 Michigan companies will be participating. Examples of commodities sought are in the areas of telecommunications, information technology, fleet, energy optimization, renewables, facilities and more.

The morning session will include a panel discussion on how to do business with DTE Energy. Other speakers will include DTE Executive Director, Corporate Services and CPO Tony Tomczak and DTE Director, Supply Chain Management Jaspreet Singh.
