DECATUR, Ga. — The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce will host “Women Leaders in Today’s Multigenerational Workforce,” a panel discussion event on Wednesday, October 21 presented by AT&T. C-suite executives will share their experiences of how they champion similarities and embrace differences of working in a multigenerational workforce.
The event will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the AT&T Corporate Auditorium, 725 West Peachtree Street in Atlanta.
Panelists include Nzinga Shaw, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer of Atlanta Hawks & Philips Arena; Beth Shiroishi, President of AT&T Georgia; Susan Sim Oh, Managing Partner of Telemundo Atlanta; and Lynn Durham, Chief of Staff and Assistant Vice President for Georgia Tech.
“With up to five generations currently in the workforce, DeKalb Chamber recognizes the need to facilitate a discussion on ways to help leaders understand and better collaborate with their workforce,” said Katerina Taylor, President and CEO of DeKalb Chamber.
