Kingdom Wood ChristianAnnual Film Festival will be held October 1- October 4, 2015

The 8th Annual Kingdomwood Christian Film Festival (KCF), will kick off Thursday, October 1, 2015 and run until Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Buckhead Embassy Suites, 3285 Peachtree Rd Atlanta, GA 30305.   KCF is an annual Festival that spotlights the inspirational work of independent faith-based filmmakers producing films that promote and inspire spiritual teachings and value. This year’s festival will showcase over 40 movies (features and shorts), in all genres – comedy, drama and documentaries. Celebrity panel discussions and workshops will offer insight and analysis of industry trends in Faith-Based Film Making and Production. Celebrity panelists includes: Emma Elle Roberts (I’m Not Ashamed), Richard Cutting (House of Cards), and Shannen Fields (Facing the Giants) just to name a few.

Guests to the festival will also experience Red Carpet ceremonies, a Buckhead Bus Crawl Tour, Praise and Worship sessions and a kick-off opening celebration to show appreciation to both the filmmakers and guests. There will also be an opportunity for guests to learn about casting opportunities from leaders in the industry.   Fans of the popular television sitcom, “Martin,” are in for a treat from former cast member Tommy Ford, who has produced, directed and written an exciting feature entitled, “Switching Lanes,” which will screen at Kingdomwood’s late night sessions. This is a must see film, and Ford will be on hand to introduce and discuss the film.
