Republican presidential candidate and leading contender Dr. Ben Carson was unequivocal and resolute in his position that no individual who says their religion is Islam should ever occupy the highest office in America.
Carson, a former neurosurgeon at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University who was second in the polls to Donald Trump, opined on “Meet the Press” on Sunday that only an individual who’s faith is consistent with the U.S. Constitution can even be considered.
