Magazine publishes a list every year of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S., called the “Inc. 500.” The latest list includes these 10 companies owned by blacks who are among an elite group of entrepreneurs who own the fastest-growing private companies in America.
#1 – Pontchartrain Partners (ranked #38) – led by CEO Danny Blanks, this company specializes in heavy civil construction, roadways and bridges, mechanical, marine, and coastal restoration services to local, state, and federal government clients.
#2 – Netcom3 Global (ranked #66) – this California-based company develops Internet security, PC optimization software, mobile security and data backup as well as providing premium technology support services.
#3 – American Care Partners (ranked #96) – this Falls Church, Virginia company was founded in 2009 by Elias Demoz and specializes in home health care and skilled nursing-care services for children and adults.
#4 – Urban Investment Group (ranked #158) – based in Washington D.C., this real estate investment firm was founded in 2009 and is led by Abiud Zerubabel.
