New court documents have accused Nick Gordon of allegedly beating Bobbi Kristina Brown so bad one day that she was “screaming” and there was “blood on the floor.”
Bobbi Kristina’s conservators stated in the documents that Gordon viciously beat her in the days leading up to her being found face-down in the bathtub full of water on Jan. 31.
According to the $40 million lawsuit against Gordon, the documents state that multiple witnesses watched as Gordon hit “Krissy” as she sat on a sofa, “causing the couch to break, and leaving her on the floor. As she was on the floor, the lawsuit states, he was ‘hitting her in the face until she was bloody,'” radaronline.com stated.
Afterwards, Gordon then also reportedly began kicking Bobbi Kristina until she was “screaming and curled up in the fetal position,” knocking a tooth out and and “leaving blood was on the floor.”
Gordon finished the horrific scene by dragging BK by her hair upstairs to the master bedroom, leaving blood on the walls of the staircase.
The documents claim that Gordon told the people witnessing the violence that “I don’t do this often.”
The lawsuit was first filed back in June when Bobbi Kristina was barely hanging onto life. The suit was reportedly amended Aug. 7, also claims they had a vicious verbal fight just hours before she was found unconscious in their suburban Atlanta townhome. The documents claim they began arguing in the kitchen before moving upstairs to the master bedroom, where Gordon allegedly accused Brown of cheating in a heated fight that lasted roughly 30 minutes.
Soon, the lawsuit claims, “everything abruptly became quiet” and Gordon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down into a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”
Gordon then reportedly came out of the bedroom in a new set of clothes, the lawsuit alleges, and told a female guest, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”
Fifteen minutes after the house went quiet, a family friend went into the bathroom and discovered Brown face-down in water.
Gordon’s lawyers issued a statement denying the allegations vehemently.
“Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love, and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly,” they said in a statement. “Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most.”
Gordon also sent a statement when Bobbi Kristina finally succumbed, saying:
“I do not want to cause any trouble or commotion so I’m emailing you privately in advance,” Gordon wrote in an email, according to People magazine. “I love Krissi with all my heart and I am destroyed that she is gone and I need to say goodbye. I’m begging you both to please put your differences aside and allow me this chance. Krissi loved me very much and she would want me there. Please consider this?”
Despite his plea, the family barred Gordon from the funeral. Gordon and his mother chose to honor BK by going to the beach.
