PITTSBURGH – In an effort to help the local Pittsburgh community, MINI of Pittsburgh is joining forces with the Pittsburgh Central Blood Bank on Wednesday, July 8 to hold a blood drive at the dealership. The event begins at noon and is scheduled to end at 5:00 pm.

The Central Blood Bank is sending nurses to the dealership to help run the blood drive. All donations will go directly to the Pittsburgh Central Blood Bank, where they will be used to provide potentially life-saving aid for people in the local Pittsburgh area.
This blood drive is open to the public. Those who know what time they can attend are highly encouraged to schedule an appointment; walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred.
“We know it’s important to give back to our Pittsburgh community that supports us, and what better way to do that than to give the gift of life,” said Jason Karpa, one of MINI of Pittsburgh’s motoring advisors and organizer of the blood drive. “We encourage everyone in our local area to stop by and donate.”
To sign up for the blood drive or to find out more information, please contact Jason Karpa at Jason.karpa@miniofpittsburgh.com or by calling (412) 682-0788 x258.
