When someone videotaped Baltimore mother Tasha Graham smacking and dragging her son from the riots and uploaded it into cyberspace, she was catapulted from the ranks of obscurity to overnight cultural phenom and “super mom.”
Along with becoming a pop sensation, Graham has been subjected to pockets of criticism for the way she pulled her son from participating in the Baltimore riots that enveloped the city.
“You don’t worry about what people are saying because at the end of the day, he’s my child,” Graham told Whoopi Goldberg, Nicole Wallace, Raven-Symone and Rosie Perez.
