LAS VEGAS — Boxing fans were incensed that they didn’t get their money’s worth in the so-called “Fight of the Century” between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, a unanimous decision in Floyd’s favor that many fans believed failed to live up to its mammoth billing.
But fans perhaps were mortified and more irate at whatever rendition of the “National Anthem” that Jamie Foxx believed he was belting out prior to the fight.
Foxx’s performance was so cringe-worthy and ear-assaulting that even his fellow comedians had to take swipes at his reconstructed hairline for that felony assault in the first degree on the National Anthem:
