NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. — People have been clamoring for the police dash cam video that shows what could have possibly precipitated the white officer pumping five rounds into Walter Scott’s back.
However, from observing the video, there only seems to be an unarmed black man who did not want to go jail and led Officer Michael Slaber on a short police chase. And for that, Scott was mortally wounded in a hail of bullets.
