Marshawn Lynch gives 'Entertainment Tonight' an interview at Super Bowl (video)

Other than “Deflate-Gate” scandal that continues to hound the New England Patrios, the biggest story of Super Bowl week has been Seattle Seahawks superstar running back Marshawn Lynch’s refusal to entertain any reporters questions.
Lynch, nicknamed “beast mode” because of his penchant for bowling through defenders with reckless abandon, has been fined tens of thousands of dollars by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell for violating his contractual obligation to make himself available to the press. And, with the threat of a half-million fine if he skipped media day at the Super Bowl in Scottsdale, Ariz., Lynch appeared and repeated the same statement regardless of the question with this retort: “I’m just here so I won’t get fined.”
However, when “Entertainment Tonight’s” Kevin Frazier and former Destiny’s Child Michelle Williams came by backstage to speak with Lynch, he actually opened up.
The pair were on hand backstage after Lynch left 4 minutes and 51 seconds into the press conference.
“He was backstage with Deion Sanders and he was in a great mood,” Frazier told Hip Hollywood. “Michelle did the interview and he adores her.”
During the rare interview, Frazier mentioned that Lynch focused mainly on promoting his Fam 1st Family Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to helping improve the lives of kids living in the Oakland area by mentoring them on the importance of education, literacy and self-esteem.
As the interview progressed, Lynch loosened up and broke out in song while opening up about his plans for an X-Box he got from Williams for being a good sport afterwards. The athlete mentioned that he would give the X-Box to one of the kids from his foundation.
Frazier later posted an Instagram photo of Williams chatting with Lynch, along with the following caption:
“So #MarshawnLynch didn’t want to talk to the media at Super Bowl Media but he wanted to talk to us!!! #etnow#superbowl.”
