A constellation of celebrities sparkled like ornaments on the red carpet premiere of the VH1 original movie, “Drumline: A New Beat,” on opening night of the 5th Annual Bronzelens Film Festival in Atlanta. IMG_0943
A cavalcade of Hollywood stars traipsed into the eclectic, artsy movie house on Thursday at the Landmark Midtown Art Cinema to view the Nick Cannon-produced sequel to the urban classic, including  Jasmine Burke, Lisa Arrindell Anderson, Carl Payne, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Big Tigger, director Billie Woodruff (who also directed Zane’s Addicted) and many more.IMG_1031
“Drumline: A New Beat,” which features a Cannon cameo, takes audiences on a foray into the next generation of aspiring black college band members and their insatiable quest to make the band.
