*Atlanta, GA– Thursday, July 24, 2014, FunkJazz Kafé Arts & Music Festival will kick off their anniversary with a movie screening of “FunkJazz Kafé: Diary Of A Decade (The Story Of A Movement)” at Porter Sanford Arts Center at 7pm.
Then on July 26, 2014 at 8pm, partake in part one of the Twenty Year Anniversary celebrations of FunkJazz Kafé Arts & Music Festival® to be held at The Tabernacle, 152 Luckie St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Presented in part with the 26th annual National Black Arts Festival, FunkJazz Kafé Arts & Music Festival® rolls into a second decade with their tradition of its audiences ‘expecting the unexpected’, experiencing exclusive music performances and engaging in nine separate interactive suites.

For discounted admission tickets sold only on event day, July 26, FunkJazz Kafé® patrons are asked to bring non‐perishable food donations to the Tabernacle box office on the day of the event that will benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Over the last twenty years, FunkJazz Kafé Community Solutions® has donated over 920,000 lbs. of food benefiting several local and national charities including Hosea Williams’ Feed the Hungry & Homeless Program, The Shelter for Atlanta’s Battered Women & Children, Focus Hope (Detroit), Food & Friends (DC), Atlanta Alliance on Developmental Disabilities and National Aids Education & Services for Minorities.
