SWAT team members rushed to hospital after discovering meth lab

Members of the Gwinnett County Sheriffs SWAT team were contaminated after discovering a meth lab and were subsequently rushed to a local hospital.
Eight officers were impacted in all, reports WSB-TV.
When the deputies arrived at the hospital, they had to be temporarily quarantined and a hazmat team was called in. They are set up just outside of the emergency room.
Police told the statin that the SWAT members discovered a meth lab earlier in the morning. Despite the contamination situation, all eight officers are expected to be okay.
