March Madness at Rodman Church Men’s Revival

Once again, Rodman Missionary Baptist Church, located at 6111 Rodman St. in East Liberty, held a men’s revival entitled March Madness. Host pastor Rev. Dr. Darryl T. Canady was joined by guest minister, former Super Bowl champion of the  Steelers, Antwaan Randle El.

Always a favorite of the community during the NCAA championship tournament games, henceforth, the title, men from various communities packed the house to receive the message from the champion turned minister of Christ. After winning a Super Bowl, money and fame, El believes “the Bible is the game plan of life.”

Along with his older brother, Curtis, they have started the EL Foundation to impact the world by providing life changing opportunities for underserved children and their families.

Antwaan, said the EL, stands for “Everlasting Love,” (The Love that Jesus Christ has for all of us.) Their vision is to mold a generation of young leaders who carry on the tradition of supporting their communities with caring and love.
