Center for Sustainable Communities and Emerald Cities Collaborative Atlanta Host Town Hall Meeting

Emeraldcitiesenergyauditteam.jpgThe Center for Sustainable Communities and the Emerald Cities Collaborative Atlanta will hold a town hall meeting and STEM education forum on Feb. 1 in Atlanta at the BEST Academy (Ben Carson High School) .  The event will provide attendees with the technical resources, knowledge, planning tools and funding to make their cities, towns and communities more resilient to the effects of the increasing severity of changing weather and climate patterns.
The Weather Ready Nation Town Hall Meeting and STEM Education/Robotics Forum to be held here In Atlanta on February 1st. As stated the event is designed to ensure that our cities, towns and communities are more resilient to the effects of severe weather.
The Town Hall and Education Forum will be held here in Atlanta in conjunction with the American Meteorological Society and National Oceanic and  Atmospheric Administration. The forum will also be held in conjunction with the global American Meteorological Society conference bringing over 2,000 weather and climate experts to the city.
Interest participants may register in advance and are encouraged to bring colleagues and families to this important forum.
