Beyoncé Sings and Dances With Terminally Ill Girl at Concert

beyonce cancer patientMega-star Beyoncé, who released an album two weeks ago, managed to make some wishes come true for a terminally ill young girl by singing and dancing with her at a recent concert, CBS News reports.
Make-A-Wish Foundation recipient Taylon Davis‘ (pictured) dying wish was to dance with Beyoncé. The 12-year-old, who has a fatal and rare form of bone cancer (osteosarcoma), was beyond ecstatic when she and her mother, Marie, were invited to Las Vegas to attend The Mrs. Carter World Tour. The brave little lady told CBS Local a few days before the concert was to take place, “I am having so much fun. I can’t wait to see Beyoncé.”

When the night of the concert finally arrived, Davis was filled with anticipation at the thought of her bucket list topper finally becoming a reality. As Beyoncé belted out “Love On Top,” she then began serenading Davis with her signature song, “Survivor,” and the little girl was overcome with emotion. The little trooper knew it was her chosen moment to shine, despite her trepidation, and told CBS Local, “I was shaking, I was so nervous. I didn’t wanna be speechless because this was my wish and I wanted to talk to her. I wasn’t scared to dance or sing.”
Davis, who had one leg amputated, summoned up the strength and courage to rise from her wheel chair to dance with her idol.
