Hip-Hop mogul Jay Z, who has a holiday fashion deal with Barneys New York, is facing pressure from social media to end the business relationship amid allegations that the ritzy department store racially profiled two Black shoppers, reports the NY Daily News.

Trayon Christian and Kayla Phillips both have lawsuits against Barneys after being accosted by police who accused them of stealing items from the store after making purchases.

The collection, called “BNY SCC Gallery” (standing for Barney New York Shawn Corey Carter), will include themed window decorations, ads and a massive party, all of which will feature special-edition merchandise from brands such as Lanvin, Balenciaga and Proenza Schouler, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

“With this project, Barney’s New York and I were able to take the slickness, energy and innovation of New York City and translate that into quality, timeless pieces,” Jay Z said.

Some items featured in the collection will be a black leather backpack by Alexander Wang for Balenciaga, a cashmere blanket by the Elder Statesman, a men’s bag by Proenza Schouler and a Shawn Carter by Hublot watch featuring black alligator straps that sells for a cool $33,900.

A Barneys cotton T-shirt will be included on the less expensive end, running at $70.

Additional items and prices are forthcoming.

The campaign will launch on November 20th, and will be featured in the Manhattan, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Boston and Chicago stores.

Jay Z also faced criticism for co-opting the Occupy Wall Street Movement by selling ‘Occupy All Streets’ t-shirts without donating any proceeds to the movement from which the slogan was derived.

“Jay-Z, as talented as he is, has the political sensibility of a hood rat and is a scrotum,” one of the protest organizers said in response to the Occupy All Streets shirts. “To attempt to profit off the first important social moment of 50 years with an overpriced piece of cotton is an insult to the fight for economic civil rights known as #occupywallstreet.”
