Mike Duggan formally unveiled his 15-page plan for addressing blight and abandonment in Detroit’s neighborhoods this past Monday night.
Duggan spoke at length about his 10-point plan and how it would roll out if he were elected mayor Nov. 5, when he squares off against Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon

Benny Napoleon also unveiled his 25-page plan for fighting crime in Detroit this past Tuesday. Napoleon calls the plan a tough strategy to reduce crime by 50% during his first term in office if he’s elected Nov. 5.
