Michael Jordan has asked a Georgia court to dismiss a lawsuit filed against him by a woman who says the NBA hall of famer is the father of her 16-year-old son.

Jordan’s lawyer says in the document filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court that he is not the father of 48-year-old Pamela Y. Smith’s son. Jordan has also filed a counterclaim against Smith for false claims made against him.

The 50-year-old owner of the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats says the paternity of the teen has already been “conclusively established” in divorce filings between Smith and her ex-husband.

Jordan’s response to Smith’s Feb. 6 lawsuit says her suit is a “shameless, bad faith attempt to abuse the legal system.”

In Smith’s lawsuit she requests that Jordan take a paternity test and pay child support.
