			<description><![CDATA[Or... perhaps Cooke believes that segregating American history by race is extremely outdated and thanks to a more enlightened and diverse society, no longer necessary. I agree that its time to stop looking at history as "white" or "black" and just study, celebrate, and learn from plain ol' American history. Black history month, affirmative action, and the like serve as the equivalent of a strangle hold on the black community. Its time to lay it to rest.]]></description>
