Lifestyles Report …What happens in Vegas

Another feature that I liked about the hotel, was that the registration desk was easy to access and did not route you through the casino. Perhaps the casinos have gotten away from that. I never appreciated that every time I wanted to get to my room from the registration desk I had to go past all of the slot machines to get there. Unless you plan properly, there is no way to see all that you may want to see in a few days.
On my next trip, the plan will be different. I want to experience the “High Roller” and visit the new area connected to it called, The Linq. I think this is one of the newest attractions in Las Vegas. It looks like a Ferris wheel, but each car or pod can hold about six people and is closed in. I think it takes 40 minutes to complete the ride.
Of course the city was not all fun and games. I noticed so many homeless people and one man appeared to be no longer breathing. A few people approached me for a hand out while I was at the slot machine. I thought that was pretty bold. On a lighter note, the shopping in Vegas is on fire. If you have the money you can shop forever. As a matter of fact you would be better off to shop than to gamble, at least you have something to show for your money. I’m planning my next trip right already.
