On Aug. 27 Chris Moore Communications, Inc. and his wife, Dr. Joyce Meggerson-Moore presented the Manhattans featuring Gerald Alston.
It was a fantastic presentation enjoyed by a diverse audience including the Yerger Alumni Group, all living in different parts of the United States and hosted by the Moores.
Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald welcomed the group to the City for a four-day visit.
During one of the activities the Yerger life-long fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers were greeted by four-time Super Bowl winner and MVP Franco Harris.

Meggerson-Moore talked about New Horizon Theater’s opening act for the evening and also about the 25th Anniversary of New Horizon Theater, Inc. which kicks off on Oct. 14, with a New York-based play “The Kings Of Harlem” by Layon Gray. Many of the Layon Gray’s group was in “Black Angels Over Tuskegee,” which was brought to the Pittsburgh audience a few years ago by New Horizon Theater, Inc. and Tuskegee Airmen of Western Pennsylvania.
