Websites and Resources

In addition to kickoff events throughout the city, CPS has launched a number websites that allow families to easily access a wide variety of resources.
Families can get specific information on the schools their children will be attending by visiting www.cps.edu/schools.
Its new Back-to-School website includes frequently asked questions, enrollment procedures, medical forms, health requirements, and a portal that allows parents to track the grades and attendance of their children throughout the school year. There is also information on CPS programs such as Career & Technical Education and dual enrollment.
The Chicago Early Learning Portal is for families with children between the ages of 3 and 5 and includes information on the school and community-based early childhood programs that CPS offers. Parents can also call the Chicago: Ready to Learn! Hotline at (312) 229-1690 for one-on-one assistance with early childhood planning.
For any additional questions regarding Back-to-School, parents may email b2s@cps.edu or call 773-553-1580.
